Chicago Approved Exit Signs

The great city of Chicago has special requirements when it comes to Exit Signs and Emergency Lighting. All exit signs must be Chicago Approved Exit Signs in they are located in the City of Chicago. Chicago Approved Exit Sign require a 3 1/4" stroke between letter and the letter must be 6" in height. Also, their must be a glass panel and if arrows are needed they must be on the bottom or the Chicago Approved Exit Signs and not on the left or right. Letters must also be red in color. Make sure your exit signs are up to code.
